Gustavo Noboa was a very important person from 2000 to
2003. He was was born the 21 of August in 1937 in Quayaquil, which is in Ecuador. He is the second oldest of all of his nine
brothers and he is apart of a middle-class family. he recieved his master's degree in Political and Social Sciences in 1962
from the Catholic University. He was the man who restructured Ecuador's foreign department, and adopted the U.S dollar as
the nations money.He had helped all the people who worked.
